Classic Striped Kitchen Towels.
I'm very particular when it comes to kitchen towels because I need them to feel good on my hands, durable enough to grab something from the oven, be esthetically pleasing, and super absorbent. I've been on the search for absorbent kitchen towels that last and I've found them. These William-Sonoma Classic Striped Kitchen Towels have been great! With their stylish design and vibrant colors, these towels will add a pop of color and a touch of sophistication to any kitchen.

Microfiber Cleaning Towels
Paper towels are a habit I'm trying to stop. They're not great for the environment and slowly I've been transitioning out single use products. Rather than reach for a paper towel, I've been using these microfiber towels and then tossing them into a basket so they're ready for the laundry. They're are incredibly soft and plush, and are highly absorbent, able to hold up to several times their weight in water. They are also quick-drying, which makes them ideal for use in the kitchen or bathroom.

All-Clad Stainless Steel Measuring Cup Set
This All-Clad Stainless Steel Measuring Cup Set is an investment and on the more expensive side, however their handles don't bend and they last. Because they can handle heat, I use them on the stove when I heat small amounts of things. If you're a baker or a friend of a baker, I highly recommend these as a gift.

Wood Alarm Clock
Some of you know I struggle with comparison and anxiety and social media is not helpful with either. I've been trying, "trying" being the key word, to add habits that help my mental health. For the past two months, I've been using this alarm clock and leaving my phone in the bathroom at night. It stops be from scrolling on my phone before I go to bed and when I wake up in the morning. It's been a game changer. I love this wood alarm clock because I love the design, it's easy to set my alarm, it tells the temperature, I can adjust the screen brightness, and it's very affordable. It helps me wake up and check in with myself before anything else.

Classic Carrot Cake
This is my FAVORITE carrot cake recipe. Make it for Easter and it will be a quick crowd pleaser. This delicious, easy-to-make classic carrot cake is made with warming spices and it's topped with a tangy cream cheese frosting that perfectly balances the sweetness of the cake. The cinnamon and ginger add a comforting level of spice and the cream cheese frosting is tangy with the perfect level of sweetness.

Strawberries
The Strawberry Stand in Fullerton, CA (3046 Associated Rd, Fullerton, CA 92835) is now open and I couldn't be more happy. Strawberries are my favorite fruit and I love that I can go to a local farm stand during my week and support the community.

UNREAL Dark Chocolate Peanut Gems
When choosing Easter candy, I look for ones with no artificial dyes. One of my favorite brands is UNREAL. They use natural food colorings like beetroot powder, spirulina extract, or turmeric to create vibrant hues in their candies. It's tasty candy without the potential health risks associated with artificial dyes. We eat UNREAL Dark Chocolate Peanut Gems almost every night and keep them in our freezer. It's got a satisfying crunch and I need chocolate every day!
