Pineapple Mango Popsicles

Creamy coconut milk is blended with frozen mango and pineapple for a simple, easy, cool, refreshing popsicle.

Makes 12-14 popsicles (depends on your molds) 
Time: 10 minutes + freezing time 

Ingredients 

  • 1 13.5 ounce can of coconut milk 
  • 2 heaping cups frozen pineapple 
  • 10 ounce bag (2 cups) of frozen mango 
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (add more if you want it sweeter) 
  • 1/4 cup oat milk  (add more if needed) 

Instructions 

  • Combine everything in a blender and blend until smooth. If your blender needs more liquid, add more oat milk slowly. 
  • Pour into popsicles molds and freeze overnight or until frozen. 

Recipe Notes: 

Don't make popsicles. Add some rum and call it a day.
